I am often defensive.
I have never known my teammates to not accept good criticism.

I often give up on improving.
I have never known my teammates to not try to improve.

I have never known my teammates to quarrel, to scold each other.

I have never known my teammates to backstab each other.

And though they will definitely disagree, I have never known them to get angry for insults to their skill.

And though they are notorious latecomers, I have never known them to get us DQed.

Thus I consider myself very lucky.
